This pizza is ok it’s nice but it’s not one of my favorites it cooks at 400 degrees and is done in 20 so the cook time is normal it’s easy to cut with a pizza cutter and my kids like it too which is nice
Some nights you simply don't want to cook, but you gotta eat. That's where the frozen pizza comes in. Not the healthiest of options, but it's Friday night and you just want to relax and have a drink and make things simple.
Having tried many brands of frozen pizza, I think Freschetta makes the tastiest ones. Personally, the square brick oven pizzas are the best, but those have been hard to find in my area for the last couple of months so we've settle on the self rising as a second best. We simply like the slightly thinner (but not too thin) crust of the brick oven version.
We always 'doctor up' our frozen pizza and add extra goodies to them whether it be onion, olives, pesto, seasoning or extra cheese. We like to make them our own. The flavor of the sauce and dough on the Freschetta is just spot on for a frozen pizza and they've got a good price point along with it.
