I’ve been using the Frances Prescott Tri‑Balm regularly and it has been a multi‑tasking hero in my routine. The formula feels rich yet lightweight, gliding on smoothly to dry patches around my lips, cuticles, and even elbows without any sticky or greasy residue. It absorbs quickly and leaves a soft, hydrated finish that holds up through hand washing and daily activity. I love the subtle natural scent infused from its blend of shea, beeswax, and lavender—enough to feel calming without ever feeling overpowering or artificial. A little goes a long way so the tin has lasted quite a while, and I find myself carrying it in my bag for on the go hydration. What really stands out is how it nurtures my skin over time. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed less flakiness and smoother texture in areas that used to feel particularly dry or irritated. I also appreciate that it’s cleanly formulated with thoughtful, non‑toxic ingredients. That gives me confidence using it on sensitive areas without concern. It may not fit everyone’s taste if you prefer a more cosmetic balm or a flashy scent, but for me it strikes the perfect balance of simplicity, efficacy, and everyday luxury. It has become a daily essential I truly rely on.

Very amazing thing. I didn’t plan to buy it. But once I received it from some service for free. It is amazing. Smells so good. Application is so easy. It is something between balm, moisturizer and exfoliator. Really good product with beautiful package.

I loved this product because of its multi-use nature and compact design. It was perfect to travel with because it can cleanse the face and doesn’t count as a liquid. It can be used as a mask and exfoliator. This product used to live in my toiletries bag and I would take it on every vacation. It would take off makeup really easily with its cleansing balm properties. I felt like it would get my face pretty clean and it wouldn’t be super dried out because of its moisturizing properties. Then I started to notice that my face would break out every time I went on vacation. This got pretty annoying and it wasn’t until this week when I went home for the holidays that I noticed this issue. After using the product for a couple of days my chin broke out so badly, I started to wonder what the heck?! I had noticed that the center of the product had turned a peachy color. At first I thought nothing of it, like maybe it was left over makeup from the previous uses, although I hadn’t worn makeup this entire trip. Then I thought, “maybe I should look farther down and see if it is just on the surface or not.” Sure enough, I dug down in the center, farther than any surface makeup should have been able to go, and the product was that peachy pink color all the way down (see pic). I stopped using it right away but I am still paying the price for it. My skin could not be in worse shape than it is right now and I’m still having new blemishes erupting on my chin. One of the pimples on my chin was kind of by my mouth and it was so deep and so painful that sometimes it hurt to say certain words or make certain expressions. That blemish is still healing, it looks terrible, and I will probably have a scar or a red mark there for a really long time. I think the concept of the product is great but like another user mentioned, the hygiene of this product is not stellar.
