I only use this every other wash! I also mix a pump of my regular shampoo with it, so it gets a good lather and I feel like it can spread more evenly around my hair. My hair does not feel dried out after using it! Of course, always follow with a good conditioner :)

I use this & it’s the only one I’ll use! I mix it with some of my regular shampoo to help lather my hair and be less dry. If you get this same product in conditioner it will be very helpful as well and keep your hair from being dry & has a lot of pigment in it as well. I haven’t had issues with dry scalp or anything from it.
