I have terrible experience with this car rental company. So I booked car two weeks before and when I came to EWR NJ location, they did not give me good car also poor hospitality. There’s no trash to clean car when we return the car. No one stays outside when we returned car. So we have to go inside the office to tell them that we put car. They said ok I will come but not one came after.
