Of all Penzeys herbs and spices, this mat be my favorite. It brightens almost any dish. It tends to clump a little because it has no fillers. For me that's a perfectly fine exchange.

Penzy's blends and spices step up my seasoning game . Fox Point makes creamy dishes, fish , eggs, chicken stand out. Perfect blend of chives and shallots. I like to shop Penzy's in person. So many spices and seasoning to choose from in different quantities. Excellent quality. I like every flavor I've tried, except Aleppo pepper, my personal taste. Of you have not visited Penzy's , I recommend that you do.

This is my new favorite blend! I wanted to start using more seasoning blends, rather than individuals, and this fit the bill perfectly. This blend contains salt, shallots, chives, garlic, onion, etc., all of my favorites, so I consider it an all in one. It’s not overpowering and the price is reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this spice blend!

Best all purpose give what you're cooking a little extra flavor blend around. It's especially great in eggs and on veggie stirfrys.
