This is a good one for those missing Old Bay flavor (Chesapeake Bay here at Penzey's) but wanting to stay salt-free. It's not the same flavor profile but comes closer to anything else I've found. Great on meaty fish like swordfish!

Like all of the Penzeys spices I've tried, Forward Seasoning is, in my opinion, great in quality! This blend is salt free, which I appreciate as it helps me control how much salt is in our food, but packs a lot of flavor. I personally favor this blend for grilling or roasting meat, it's very savory.
