This bamboo cutting board I have been using for long time. Very spacious not worrying about micro plastic. Easy to hold. And comes with handle we can hang it after washing. No sharp edges . Only concern in this red rubber material we may accidentally cut that also while cooking if this material touched it melts. Should be drained well or else bottom mold forms.

This cutting board was easy to clean and it didn't easily absorb any residue. Not only have one of these but two and am definitely planning on getting more. It was jus so easy to work with
