The texture of this cereal is very hard and dense. The taste is extremely bland and not much taste at all. That being said, one doesn’t purchase or consume this cereal for the taste and texture. This cereal is for the health benefits and nutritional profile. All organic ingredients and healthy grains; what the body needs for nutritional fuel. Again, I don’t love how it tastes, but I love it for the nutrition and what my body needs. For this reason I will buy it again and again.
