We recently tried vegan cheese options and were disappointed. Then we found this, and we are Follow Your Heart converts! What sets this cheese apart from other vegan cheese is taste, which is divine, and meltability. Other cheese stays solid, but this cheese melts so creamy. We might like this better that dairy cheese. We heard good things about other products from this brand and we can’t wait to try them.

There’s just something comforting about the taste of follow your heart mozzarella shreds. It melts and browns beautifully and I use it on plant based pizzas, lasagnas, stuffed shells, in salads and sauces. I’ve tried most of the other plant based brands and it’s still my favorite.
