This stuff is a god send. Wife makes it for me before I go to bed if I feel sick or if I was around sick people. Box has 6 packets inside and each packet is one serving. Taste is decent enough to drink and for the health benefits the price is good. Definitely worth a shot if you are feeling sick. I sometimes will add fresh squeezed lemon and ginger to enhance the flavor and strength.

This was a liquid medicine and I typically try to grab pills. We did try this and it was pretty good! It definitely did the job of flu relief and I would be likely to grab this next time we are sick. The flavor wasn’t bad either.
