This was one really creepy book. The thought of this actually happening is chilling to say the least. I have read the series and was so intense wanting to know how they will turn out from the trauma of their childhood. very well written a true classic

This story pulls you in from the very first pages! This was my first V.C. Andrews book and I love all the books she has written. Her books are super dramatic, dark, and a little perverted. This one included. You will hate the mom and grandmother and cry for the children. THis is a must read.

This is one of the first books i remember reading for pleasure. I thought it would be boring and was pleasantly surprised. The developing characters are good. It does tug at the heart strings too. I enjoyed this book and went on to read others by vc Andrews

Read and was intrigued by this book as a teenager. Looking back-wish I could shelter all young readers from this twisted story. Some imaginations are better left unshared. Read with caution and only when you're old enough.

Such a twisted, good book. Everything that was done to those kids you couldn't help but feel sorry for them, even though it was fiction. Great story for someone that wants a page turning novel.
