I'm very impressed with the Flower Beauty lip pencils. They glide smoothly and creamy but dry down to a matte finish. They have a fine precision tip that's easy to draw on. Absolutely no tugging or uncomfortable drying feeling. I have really loved so many things I've tried from Flower Beauty brand owner is Drew Barrymore. They feel luxury high-end makeup at an affordable price. I highly recommend these fantastic lip liners. I will be buying more. I wish you could buy these in store more places. I purchase mine online.
