FLOWER Beauty Petal Pout Lip Liner
- "This is the best drugstore lip liner! Creamy but long wearing, retractable and so affordable!!" in 8 reviews
I was super excited to try Flower's lip liner, but judging from the pictures of the packaging on Ulta, I was kinda nervous because there weren't any swatches. So after I googled some, I finally decided on Rose. Applying it was velvety smooth and I actually liked it even though it still looked a little different from the swatches. The one thing I don't like about this is that you have to keep it short because when I was filling in my lips, a big chunk of the product fell off. I'd just advise to have a light hand when applying it.

These are some really great lip liners. They are smooth and easy to apply, nice color and pigment, and long wearing. They make my lip colors wear longer, especially something like a creamy lipstick or gloss that would normally wear off quickly but they don't wear off as quickly with these liners. I own 3 shades and I want them all. lol

I just bought these recently but i like them. They are not the best lip liners i have ever used but they are not bad at all. They are super creamy but dont have super long lasting power at all. I did buy these on sale so i am not mad at this purchase at all and would mostly buy again.

The product is a great price very affordable. The color and pigmentation is great. The liner itself is a little to hard and drags when applying. If you allow to heat up some (put in window seal, hold in hands,) if you do this it applies much better. I do have to reapply through out day but that is to b expected
I got the shade Nude, and it’s perfect. Creamy formula, easy glide on. The nude color pairs well with so many of my lipsticks, or for a “no makeup” day I can use it to jus fill in my lips!
Creamy, applies smoothly, lasts, and doesn't crumble apart too easily while lining. I like retractable lip liners as long as they don't crumble easily and I haven't noticed that being a problem with this product.

This liner works best at room temperature or a bit warmer. Without heating up the lip liner in some way (no lighters!), it doesn’t apply as smoothly and it’s kind of a struggle to get full pigmentation on the first swipe. You will have to go over this liner more than once to reach full opacity. I find that when buying the lip liners online, The pictures are slightly off from how they will appear in person. They last a decent amount of time, but definitely need to be reapplied over the day. It is definitely a reasonable price and the quality is good. I believe they would have a real winner on their hands if they fixed the hardness of the liner itself.
This is the first lip liner I’ve ever bought actually. I was petrified of lip liner due to the ‘90s, but I finally gave in. I got a pretty nude/coral shade that very well matches my natural lip color. I got it to help keep more pigmented lipsticks in place. I don’t know if it’s the product or just me, but I really don’t notice a difference using this vs not using this with a lipstick. So I wasn’t super impressed with it.
