This liquid iron really helped to improve my lethargic moods in the morning. I’m not a morning person and it takes me a while to get out of bed. Now I can truly say I enjoy rising more and I’m not nearly as crabby. The taste is pretty good, almost like a Concord grape juice. I like to rinse my mouth afterwards to prevent staining on my teeth as a precaution. I can feel the health benefits improving my life each day I use it, this was a good purchase.
