I love this especially cause it has a loop that’s long and easier for you to pull out. Like a ring. I tried other products, but this one has been the best one. Easy to clean

I really wish I switched sooner. I’ve been trying to find the cup that works for me and I finally found it. This one is actually comfortable and I can’t tell it’s there. The way the pull tab breaks the suction makes removing these a lot easier than the others I’ve tried. So happy with my purchase. I haven’t tried the disks yet but I’m new to the cup game lol. So it will probably be a bit until I try those.

The disks are either not for me or I can't figure out how to use them. The flex cup though, is a game changer. I wore it for the first time yesterday after being intimidated by it and actually slept with it in. Taking it out was messy but as long as you are home and not in a public bathroom with people who could see the shared sink I would definitely recommend giving this a go and save some money on those extra pads and tampons you wouldn't have to buy.
