Not a fan. I had high hopes because I thought this was going to help control my heavy periods. It was uncomfortable inserting the rubber ring and I ended up pinching my skin while trying to grab it out of my pelvic region which led to more frustration.

These are not one size fits all. They were too big for me to use. They caused discomfort while they were in and when removing. They make a huge mess when trying to take it out. Something that needs to be done in the shower. I probably wouldn't use this brand again.

Great for traveling. I don't have to worry about keeping cleaner with me. I primarily use the reusable one. This can be felt by partners though. The reusable can't be felt
