The flex edge attachment scrapes the bowl while mixing which is almost magical, ensuring no flour gets left behind on the sides. It makes creaming butter and sugar a breeze. It is designed with rubber on the edge of metal, so it will inevitably need replacing eventually, but for the convenience of hands free, thorough mixing, I think it’s a good product.
