This takes some getting used to and can be very messy but so much better than a traditional tampon! Learning how to place it and get the suction takes practice but it’s worth it. I love love this over other cups because it has an easy removal method with the hole to slip your finger it so you don’t lose grip. Absolutely love and would recommend to anyone!!

I switched to a menstral cup a few years ago and im not going back. It has saved me so much money in tampons. Not to mention I dont have to send my fiance to get me tampons EVER. This cup has a velvet silicon texture and can be worn 8-12 hours. There is a slight learning curve when inserting but once you grasp it, its very easy. I like the pull tab design vs others so its easier to remove. Highly recommened
