Just found these and wish I had known of them before now! SO much better than tampons. Will never go back to tampons after this! A literal life saver. Best thing ever!

I started using these menstrual discs because I was sick of tampon leaks and wanted to try some mess free “play.” They take time to learn to use. Pushing them to seal, removal is easy with & without acrylic nails. Highly not suggested for press-ons. I like to rinse & reuse these throughout the day. Definitely worth trying

I'm going to start out with a little TMI here... my periods are horrible and extremely heavy. In the beginning of my period, I go through multiple tampons per hour kind of bad. With these cups, I can go upwards of 12 hours before I have to change them out. Truly a godsend for travel and insanely busy days. I have not had any issues with leakage, which I can't say about normal tampons. The biggest downside is the removal of the flex cups. Sometimes it can be difficult to fish the little suckers out, and it's a bloody mess that spills onto your hands - truly disgusting. At the end of the day, the mess is so worth it!

If you have not tried these you definitely need to check them out! These flex discs are literally life changing!! I workout 5-6 times a week and let me just say I hate wearing regular underwear and pads when I am wearing my gym leggings!! Before I discovered these I would use tampons but tmi they are so rough in your private parts plus not to mention tampons sit vertically so they can literally fall out at any moment.. oh and not to mention tss.. my cousins always mentioned these to be but honestly I was a little terrified to try them because I always thought they would somehow get stuck.. I decided that I should at least to give it a try if it doesn’t work for me it doesn’t oh well.. but this literally changed my life.. I can workout super comfortable, ohh and did I mention you can swim with this! No leaks whatsoever.. tampons you have to change out at least 2-3 times a day with the disc it’s literally just one and even on my heavy days I only used one and have never had any leaks! I absolutely love these, I would hate being on my period and now I feel like it’s a normal day by using this, and one more thing to add is that I did notice a lot less cramps when I used the disc. Go get yourself a box and try them you won’t regret it!

I just don't like that they are not reusable. I love these. I have noticed cramps are not as bad either. I give them to everyone I know. I get them as a subscription

YESSSS. I love this brand and have been using Flex Discs for the past year or so. They're easy to use and don't cause any dryness, unlike tampons. They create less waste and protect me for HOURS. Flex really is a game changer and I definitely recommend!

I LOVED these before I got my IUD. they're a little weird to place at first which might mean leaks so wear a backup but once you get it you can wear these all day

This has been the absolute BEST menstrual product I have EVER tried & I will never go back! Just put it in & you're good for 12 hours! No leaks, reduced cramps, & you can even have mess-free period sex! Yes, you read that correctly! Proper insertion & placement can be a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it's as easy as inserting a tampon. When it's inserted correctly, you can't even feel it... Like, at all. That & the fact that it reduces cramps along with having no leaks & being able to have sex while on your period with no mess, you will forget you're even on your period! This is the best thing since sliced bread! Don't take my word for it though, try it for yourself! You can thank me later! 😉

FLEX and I have a history. A learning curve was definitely needed. There are differences in the build of every body, and for me, the Flex was not a good fit. The size was just too wide, no matter how I positioned it. It was difficult to forget about it at all. It was very hard to get it positioned correctly as my uterus is tilted and my v'jayjay is shallow in depth. This is the messiest experience I've had with menstruation in 30 years. It leaked or overflowed to the point I had to set a timer to prevent it. That sucked. So much laundry was done thanks to this experience. Seggsy time was not even attempted with this literal third wheel, needless to sayAnd while we are talking messes, let's talk about public restrooms. Removing it is met will spilling, and there was that moment of thinking " Please, let me get to the sink from this stall and be the only one." It was fine for my lightest days after I got the hang of it, although it still was very much felt, unlike a tampon. And it's just weird to pull out a mini blood filled frisbee without a handle or something to keep it folded until you dump and clean it. Now, on to the environment. How on earth is this better? Plastic is not better than cotton. If you are lucky and have a trinkle flow, possibly it can be reused all day. That was not my experience. You can't rinse it out unless at home, and even then its a chore to take care of often, unlike a cup which holds a greater amount for longer. Overall, this product may work for someone who has a typical body make, and a light flow. For me it remains a huge red flag of an experience. I wish I had gotten a trial instead of purchasing the box. I couldn't return it without embarrassment, so I didn't. It's a NO for me.

I love the concept of flex disposable discs, but I wish they were sized. I've used cups for 10 years and have tried other discs with more success. Because these are too large for my body, the pop out unexpectedly and autodump. If they ever come out with a small size option, I would definitely purchase!
