which color is best for fair skin ?
How Do your like their highlighter? I love the thick stick foundation but haven’t used anything else. Thoughts ?
What is the best way to apply this? It seems to always make my makeup separate no matter what I’ve tried. I’ve tried a sponge, brush, fingers, and even a wet sponge. I love this highlighter though so if anyone has any advice! Thanks

This is a great way to apply highlighter! The shade Pinky gives my pale skin a great natural looking glow. I think this type of applicator is especially great along the collar bone. While it might not have the best longevity (go gentle blending out with your fingers!), the fact that you can throw it in your purse or even a small wristlet for on the go touch ups makes up for it.

Gorgeous glow in the summer. I love love love the way it applies. Some products like this accentuate pores and lines but I don’t have an issue with this. The color is gorgeous. And can we talk about this beautiful, simple packaging?!

The package is adorable I really can’t say too much about the formula I tried it once above my brow bone and on my cheeks it’s super cute just gives that little hint of highlighter so it’s not like overbearing I think I will definitely buy this product again

At first I wasn't a big fan of using this, but I refused to give up on it. It's not blinding, but it's perfect for a subtle glow! I just add a little bit on and blend it in and BAM! A bomb glow. Even with it being a little darker, it gives my porcelain skin a refreshing look

I almost returned this product after the first time I used it because I was pretty sure I hated it. Once I figured out the best way to apply, I love it! If you love a glossy highlight, you will love this highlight stick. In my experience, the best and most flattering way to apply the product is to rub a damp sponge directly on to the product and then dab it onto the high points of the face from the sponge. When directly applied to my face from the component, I felt like it looked like a white stripe that didn’t lay well over my foundation. With a sponge, though, it looks like a straight up face gloss, which is typically my goal when highlighting. I’m so glad I gave this product a second chance!

I got this from Ulta during 21 Days of Beauty when it was 50% off. I have been really excited for the brand Flesh because quite a few of their products are silicone free, which is really hard to find! I had a hard time choosing which shades to get (I got this in Startle and the powder in Boost) because I couldn’t find very many comparison swatches. I have light skin and Startle seems to be the only one I could wear. It is more glittery and silvery than I had hoped - I prefer a natural dewy glow to a blinding metallic one - but I find that it settles down well and ends up looking more subtle. I think the shades this comes in is really lacking - I’d like to see a champagne shade for fair to light skin and a gold shade for light to medium. Anyway, I have applied this straight from the stick and didn’t have any problems with it lifting up my BB creams or light-medium foundations. I find that it works best to warm the top of the stick with your fingers first to soften it. I haven’t tried applying over any powders because creams don’t tend to do well applied over powder. I have blended the product in with my fingers and the face brush in my Real Techniques Mini Brush Trio and both work. I love the dewy finish this leaves because it looks very natural over my BB cream which is the look I got for day to day. I only use silicone free makeup because I have very acne prone skin and this product didn’t bother my skin at all! Highly recommend, but I’d only suggest the shade Startle for fair or light skin because it is very light and silvery and would likely look ashy on darker skin tones. Oh and the size is generous, I don’t use much per day and this would last me at least 6 months, probably more like a year, so I don’t have any issue with the $18 price point.

Similar look, but less visible shimmer. Gives the same flawless and radiant “no makeup makeup” skin
