This was a great jar of Flax Seeds! It’s such an easy way to add in some much needed fiber into your diet. I typically mix this in yogurt or a smoothie and this was the perfect product for that.

Made these amazing waffles with the flax seed and they came out perfect! I love to add flax seeds to my toddlers recipes for added nutrition. Also, nice that these come in a resealable jar.
