The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the taste isn’t that good. Just make sure to use a tasty sauce with whatever you put in it. Otherwise this is great for when you’re in a cutting phase, it’s only 90 calories, 2.5 g of fat, 16 g carbs, 6 g of FIBER, and 6 g of protein. I eat this with eggs & hot sauce for breakfast and it keeps me full till lunch time.
I just tried these Foldit flatbreads by FlatOut and I am impressed! These are a good healthy option. Made with whole grains and flax. Each one has 90calories, 6gms of fiber, 6gms of protein, 16carbs, 2.5gms of fat (no saturated or trans). These would be perfect for a sandwich or a taco. Tasty! These were a good buy for me. Give them a try!
