These knee sleeves not only help to limit swelling but also protect the injured knee. The neoprene generates heat which provides increased warmth to the knee thereby increasing circulation and decreasing pain. The thickness of neoprene also helps restrict excess motion and provides added support. SIZING: Measure circumference of leg 4 above center of the kneecap. These work fairly well for adding support. Make sure you have the right size, or it can cut off circulation. Not bad for the price.
