We just started remodeling my bathroom and we decided to go with this laminate flooring and I’m already so impressed at how quickly I could see the transformation! The installation process was surprisingly straightforward and I love how it has added a warm and homey feel to the space, especially complimenting my decor! Cleaning it is also a breeze compared to what I had before, and I feel so much better knowing it’s water resistant. Overall, I’m really happy with how it’s turned out and can’t wait to finish the rest of my bathroom!

I am a woman with 40 years in the flooring business. I had engineered hardwood in a family room. I honestly hated it. It scratched easily and my kids did spill and not tell me like kids will do, staining the floor. I attempted to refinish it, which was not a good experience as the top hardwood layer is very thin. I considered switching to laminate, but it is not noise friendly and we have had way too many customers with minor leaks that were discovered only when the flooring swelled up on the seams. The water can lay under there for months and you don't even know it. They say you can just replace a piece, but much easier said than done. The other issue with laminate is that your subfloor has to be very flat, I believe that it can only have a 1/4 difference in a 10' stretch. That is even hard to accomplish on a new build, and if you have an old house, forget it. Also, what happens when your new house settles, there is no give to laminate. We opted for a click together LVT, it was one of the first on the market. It was easy to clean and looked beautiful. Fast forward about 12 years and the products started shrinking from end to end, even though there was an adhesive strip on the tongue/groove. I called the company and they basically said too bad because I had windows and sunlight would cause the shrinkage. So in that 12 year interim, they came out with glue down LVT, which my installer has been using for about 10 years. We have never gotten a call back on the glue down. You actually can replace one piece if needed with a heat gun. It is much more forgiving with unlevel subfloors and when your house settles, it will move with the movement of the house. I changed to this product about a year ago, and I cannot tell you how happy I am. It is realistic looking and easy care. My floors are not level in the 30 year old house but it was easily installed without leveling. It is waterproof, no problems with swelling, no problems with a liquid laying on it overnight and staining. I would highly recommend this product.

We mixed this in with the floor pieces we were already installing to give it a pop and it really did. It's great quality floor and thicker than some of the other lvps. The color is nice and it seems very durable so far with a dog and a cat.
