I've really enjoyed my FitBit, and the health data is worthwhile. Tracking my heart rate has been incredibly important as I recover from COVID-19, and my little Fitbit has helped with that. The sleep data is great, too, and current versions of the app warn if you're showing irregular heartbeat symptoms, which anyone with any predisposition to cardiac conditions ought to be aware of. The proprietary band options are much better for me, but overall, I made the switch from a regular watch to Fitbit and I don't anticipate going back.
