I am in tears cause these help me so much when I have a cold or a cough. It helps with the stuffiness I  feel after I wake up or shortly before going to bed and helps me breathe better. It also helps with my cough. I would take it immediately when I feel a coughing fit come up and it would help drastically.

They are good if you have a bad throat. However, I don't find them to be very strong. There is a bit of mint but it's not overwhelming. They dissolve very quickly.
