Do we really think all of that balled up mess is dead skin? I used to love this product, but I’m so skeptical & believe that this product deceives us into ‘looking’ like it works better than it actually does. What do y’all think?

So basically this product goes through a chemical reaction when you rub up and it’s the product balling up not your dead skin. You then use those balls to physically exfoliate your face. You are right it’s kinda a gimmick. - the product would ball up when rubbed on plastic

it looks like dead skin, and it is to a point. Its also mixed with the gel that drys to help remove the dead skin. Think dirty cooking oil starts clean and clear but when finished it dark and cloudy.

I felt the same way the first time I tried this. I mean, I take pretty good care of my skin-how could I have that much dead skin? I do love PTR for sure, but this mask I wouldn’t buy full size. (I had gotten the sample in an Ipsy bag months ago.)
