Has anyone tried it in baking? I had a friend mix fireball into the icing of her cupcakes and it was surprisingly delicious!

That sounds amazing! Aside from Jello Shots I hadn't thought to even bake it into something. I bake a lot with cinnamon and I may try this for a "drunk" sweet treat.

I haven't tried it in baking, but that sounds like such a good idea. I love the taste of cinnamon anyway so I think it would be a great mix with the sweetness of cupcakes.

I made whiskey truffles with this and rolled them in cinnamon sugar. I make rum balls all the time but these got more compliments on flavor than any I've made before. I make bread pudding with hard sauce and I am going to make chocolate bread pudding next with fireball hard sauce for a Mexican Chocolate twist. Adding it to coffee or hot chocolate is also the bomb!

That sounds delicious! I have not tried it in baking, but several friends mix it into other drinks such as the bud light lime-a-rita. It's too strong for me, but it does add a nice flavor!

Yep! Fireball buttercream on apple-cinnamon cupcakes is surprisingly good. However...not kid-friendly. The alcohol stays around when its mixed into a cold frosting!

I have not tried it in baking yet but I am sure that it would work out just fine. The alcohol itself will bake out so you will have a strong cinnamon taste.

I have backed with it during the holidays. I have made cookies before for a group of friends. They loved it because there was a hint of cinnamon to their sugar cookies and ginger snaps.
