This is a delicious very mild flavoured cheese that melts and resembles mozzarella. I suffer from migraines but thankfully this cheese doesn’t trigger them. I love using gouda for toasted sandwiches, grilled on pizzas and so much more. If you haven’t already you need to try out this amazing cheese you will not be disappointed.
