We suffer from hard water badly especially without a water softner and I found this time and life saver of a product!! My dishes come out spotless and so clear like I had no hard water issues at all! All you need is two table spoons either in the pre-wash chamber or if dont have that just do some at the bottom! It removes hard water stains, tackles tough stains, spots, residue and machine build up as well! I've noticed it lasts a good while too so you're not spending money on this constantly!
