Este suplemento lo utilizo por años, mayormente cuando he sufrido algún daño a mi piel o labios (como quemaduras). Esto ayuda a que el proceso de recuperación sea más rápido. No contiene gluten, lactosa, azúcares, preservativos, soya, sabores artificiales ni sodio. No le doy 5 estrellas porque la mayoría del tiempo cae pesado al estomago, mi recomendación es que tomen este suplemento con mucha agua.

I take l-lysine for help in preventing and getting rid of mouth sores. I have tried several brands and all of the pills are so huge. I call them my horse pills. I have trouble swallowing pills as it is. So I always look for gel caps or caplets but have only found these in tablets.
