This is my nightly go to to get me in a relaxed mood for bed. I know it is a body spray but I spritz in on my ceiling fan in my bedroom before bed. It makes the whole room smell so good and helps us to get into that mindset for rest and sleep. I really like chamomile and sandlewood anyway. This light fragrance of those two together is perfect.
