I have been a pescatarian for almost 35 years; and have tried many plant based products, Field Roast by far have exceeded them all! So far I have tried the sage and apple and the frankfurters with tomatoes, onions, and other spices; both are equally as good. I am also a chef, with a discriminating palette.
