I use this leash daily with my 40 lb dog and it performs flawlessly. The retractable mechanism operates smoothly and never tangles even when my Nala changes her direction suddenly. The one handed-brake provides great control when she suddenly sees a squirrel, rabbit or bird. The handle is strong and durable, and very comfortable to hold, even with hard, sudden tugs. Even after consistent daily use it performs very well. This is a very well designed, dependable leash that makes walking fun for my Nala as well as myself.

I have a one year old Pitbull who loves to chew on… well everything but has managed to usually bite through his leashes, but not this one! It’s sturdy enough to pull him back and he’s definitely close to 100lbs. And the auto brake setting is to die for because it catches sudden movements and jolts and immediately seizes to release anymore leash making this a lot easier to keep track of your doggo. Bought this over 6 months ago and is still going strong.❤️
