I'm a huge fan of the entire Fiber Gourmet line. It's in the title...FIBER, meaning this stuff is jam packed with fiber typically up to 18 grams of fiber per serving! It tastes like regular pasta; you really cant' tell the difference. My only complaint is that you can't buy it in store and you have to buy it online.
