These Fiber One cheesecake bars are surprisingly delicious. Like I never expected them to be so freakin good. But they are so great that sometimes I will eat a whole box in a day (shameful - but true). They are way healthier than real cheesecake. And they help me use the bathroom also... I sometimes have trouble with that because of medications I'm prescribed. Definitely give these a try if you love cheesecake and/or need more fiber in your diet!

These bars really helped me with some severe digestion issues while still providing a good taste and suffice to calories to get me through a long day.
