I love these. It's amazing they have 7g of fiber, 5g net cards and only 2g of sugar. They really don't taste like it. They taste exactly like a coffee cake. There's no weird aftertaste or strange texture like some other fiber products. They definitely help to keep me regular (if you know what I mean) and I love that they come individually packaged. Perfect on the go snack to carry in my purse. They have helped me to curb eating other sweets. They are chewy and soft similar to the texture of any other type of snack cake. Highly recommend!

These are honestly so good, I love having them as a sweet treat after dinner. The nutrition is great and they help me meet my fiber goals easily. Also they're delicious

The little cinnamon bits are my absolute favorite part! I love the little crunch they give. I could eat the entire box in one sitting they are so good!
