I was so excited to find these at my local sprouts market. I love Asian noodles, however, being gluten-free unlimited on what I can eat, I follow the directions perfectly however, Dickson assist was not good. He also thought that these would be in a broth, but there’s just a teeny bit of liquid with them. Not a huge fan.
