I developed this seasoning specially for fried chicken wings. Start by coatin' chicken wings in flour; fry in oil for 12 minutes; remove from pan; then generously dust with chikn' wing seasoning.And, for those of you who don't do "fried", no problem. MY seasoning makes wings taste dang good no matter how you're cookin' em. Generously dust wings in this special blend of heavenly spices. Then watch out.
