I love having a lactose free option if milk in my home. My family is lactose sensitive so this is perfect for my coconut Greek yogurt smoothies I make for the week. This pairs perfectly with ANY fruit combo you can think of. Not only that I used this milk the other day for my mashed potatoes and it was perfect!!! Will def keep buying this.

I buy this milk for my lattes as I love that it is higher protein. The taste is fine but I don’t really drink it plain so can’t speak on that. I just love that I can start my day with extra protein. Also great for using in ninja creami for a high protein ice cream!
