I am really surprised at how delicious this yogurt is. I've never tried rge lactose free products and you can't even tell that its5kactose free. it tastes and the texture us just like regular yogurt, if not better.

Love the consistency of this yogurt. I use it for breakfast, dips and dressings! So yummy and fills me up! Great amount of protein in this as well!

Such a yummy plain Greek yogurt! The texture and flavor is wonderful. Thick and creamy without being too sour. Very mild and great for adding my own toppings. Love how high protein it is. Such a staple in my house.
