I really like the color of this shadow, light blue is not my favorite color but without a doubt this shadow is very beautiful

I purchased these .99 cent instudio cosmetics eyeshadows from walmart awhile ago and today I created this look using them. I used both matte and shimmer with this look just to see how they would perform together. The mattes are just ok and the color payoff isn't a wow factor and yes! you will definitely have to build them up alot. The shimmers are AMAZING!!! they are soft and smooth like butter and SUPER pigmented.

This is one of my favorite right summer Spring colors it is absolutely beautiful and has the perfect tint to it That's what be very fine to wear With a pretty Spring outfit even Easter time it would be very fitting because It has a pastel look to it
