All the taste, none of the calories. I use this as a tool to curb cravings while dieting. So far, all of the dessert flavors I have tried are good. This and chocolate chip mint ice cream are my favorites.

Flavour is great at first. Really like the sour and sweet creamy taste together. As usual with these types of gum the flavour receded back and had to toss it. But occasionally when I'm working on something I like having extra fruity bubble gum like this to have instead of candies. So have had this a couple times for that kind of craving.

It is very rich and I love how it’s not so sweet. It’s definitely high quality and it’s well worth the calories!
