In the past I'd loved shopping Express, they've had good deals and shipping had been relatively prompt, no issues - happy customer.
Until recently. I don't even know where to begin with this company.
Express will not, after countless emails and phone calls, return $29.98 that is rightfully owned to me after a mistake made by their shipping department.
I bought a sweater online but instead received a men's blazer. Because of the mix-up and me sending the blazer back (which in retrospect I wish I would have just kept and could have avoided all of this nonsense) with the shipping label that was supposed to be used to return/exchange the sweater (which I later found out is how their ridiculous company does things) they are basically refusing to give me my money back. Once I finally received the sweater I had originally purchased (after sending back the men's blazer) it was terrible quality and the neck was unraveling, I had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket because of their initial shipping mistake!
It is now 01/07/2018, I have been going back and forth with them since the end of November 2017 and they still will not fully reimburse me for the cost of the sweater plus the return shipping I had to pay for, even though I have documentation that I have sent them several times making it clear what is owed to me.
I don't care how great their sales are or about any experience I had with them prior to this one; this is by all accounts THEFT and I will never shop at Express again. BUYER BEWARE!
They finally returned my money after MONTHS; it's now the beginning of April 2018. Still won't be shopping here again. I'm lucky to have been able to even get my money back.
Otherwise they're a great store in store and online.
