An excellent way to intensify your yoga or Pilates experience. Really helps with deep stretching. I personally have tendonitis in my left shoulder and this has really helped regain my reach and mobility. Easy to store for travel and lots of size preferences available within the design. I especially love the illustrations on the band to give ideas of ways to use it.

I absolutely love this yoga mat carry strap! The material is incredibly strong and durable, so I know it will last a long time without fraying or snapping. One of the best features, though, is the clever addition of stretch guide pictures printed directly on the strap. It’s like having a mini workout routine with me wherever I go. The illustrations make it easy to do some stretches before or after yoga, and I appreciate that extra functionality.
