I initially thought this would be easy but I have been proven wrong. This board takes practice and is great for improving balance overall and creating another layer of effort during a workout. It is easy to store, and move around to different locations.

I have been using this product for a while now due to some issue being able to balance myself due to knee injury. This product is pretty durable and effective in giving me proper balance and help with my balancing. I would definitely recommend this as it takes very little space
