It’s a good mat, it doesn’t slide on my wood floors , the material doesn’t look cheap at all and it’s really easy to fold. I feel like I can stock it anywhere. It’s not very thick though. So the level of comfort is not the best. It has a good grip, my hands never slide when using it Overall very good.

I’ve been recently using this for hot yoga and I’m please with the portability and durability of it so far. Comfort isn’t bad, it’s thin but to be expected for light. I’d recommend it for regular yoga but for hot I find the grip isn’t there. Overall I like it and will continue to use it. Definitely great for travel!

I do Pilates at home when I want to get a good quick workout in and this mat is perfect! You don’t need grip socks because it’s no slip, it’s also a great size for easy storage. Love this product!!
