My first post workout I've tried I am using it along with the engn pre workout. Been using the pre workout for awhile now and the post workout for like 3 weeks. Feel like I get a little less sore and some increased strength. Going to continue using both products no complaints.

Taste isn't everything and this stuff doesn't taste that great but it works and I'm grownup enough to understand the difference. It costs a little less through Amazon but you have to pay shipping
