I am really enjoying these daily multivitamins. Unlike other brands I've tried, the New Chapter one daily can be taken any time of the day. I like to take mine in the morning to support energy levels and I really feel a change since I started taking them. They are easy to swallow, I like that they come in a glass container with a child-proof lid, and after doing research and comparing the ingredients with other options, these supplements are VERY complete, including a range of vitamins and essential components.

My doctor told me I needed to take a multi-vitamin so I purchased these vitamins at Whole Foods since they were on sale. I absolutely love them! They're easy to take and they do not upset my empty stomach if I'm fasting. These are a winner and they will be a new staple. Definitely recommend and I'll be trying other products from this brand.

I received this product complimentary for being a Grove Collaborative customer. I think it’s a weird quantity of product: it’s a bottle of 24 pills. Last time I checked, a month’s supply should be 30 pills. The pills themselves are pretty big, so I chose to cut mine in half. Other than the size of the pill and the amount of pills per bottle, no real issues otherwise. It’s an average multivitamin. I didn’t notice it outperforming other brands I’ve taken.
