I love these bands they really help enhance my workouts they give just the right amount of resistance to intensify Pilates or other workouts. They don’t stretch out over time they hold original strength and resistance!

power bands are an easy way to get a workout in at home or at the gym. They are so light weight that they make traveling with it easy. you can do a lot of different leg workouts with it and they are simple to use, yet very effective in a workout. Would recommend to anyone.
